Bicycle detail

Left bike in hallway for maybe 1.5 minutes maybe two and zero people were around. I come back out and the dude is running pretty damn fast up the stairs with my carbon framed bicycle over his shoulders. He was most likely half African American and half white and had a driver in a silver Jeep liberty waiting by roadside for him. Didnt get plates and prob werent right ones n eways which shows it was PREMEDITATED and planned out.... Followed me through like place line ravage wolverines and honey badger dirt bags. Please get my bicycle back please!!! Reward of $500 for its safe return in one piece. Guilty party not a must but would love to face.
