Bicycle detail

I got to know about this incident when my apartment complex's manager sent us an email at 10:16 am on Feb 18th, 2021 that
two bikes have been stolen from the lobby area. His exact email is:
"Two bikes were stolen from the lobby last night. It happened at approximately midnight.Only one has been reported, missing.
Please notify Caltech Security if your bike is missing. One of the suspects appeared to be a caucasian male, wearing a Green
Bay Packers jacket. Please call Security right away, if you see someone at the building, matching that description, or anyone
that looks like they don’t belong. In what appears to be a separate incident, the back door to the parking area was left
propped open, with a rock. "
This is all the information I have. My bike was locked but they were able to try the first few combinations to open the lock and
take it away. I think for the other bike, the lock was cut but I'm not sure. I think Caltech Security has access to security
cameras of the building which has recorded the person who has committed the crime.
I do not know the serial number for my bicycle. However, there is a Cal Tech bicycle permit (# 1468) attached to the front
bottom of my bicycle frame. I was unable to retrieve the video footage. I do desire prosecution against the subject responsible
for the theft.
