Description of the theft
Wed., Dec. 6th - came home after being away from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. to find (unlocked) garage door open - it never is. Fully locked bike with expensive lock was missing, along with helmet and gloves, which were on handlebar (groan). I had just put new fenders on after moving back to Portland. A plastic bag of deposit bottles/cans were left at the scene; the gate into the backyard was open. Nothing else was missing. Extremely disappointed....
