Description of the theft
Bike was in a bike cage with multiple other bikes from the apartment unit. In the bike cage the bike was also locked to the fence. Bike cage lock was cut open and left on the floor in pieces. Bike lock was cut and left behind. Multiple bikes stolen from the bike cage. Lock cutters were left behind in the bike cage.
