Bicycle detail

I locked my bike at the NE corner of SE 9th and Multnomah Streets at approximately 5:20 PM, on Wed, Feb 1. I used the bike rack that's shaped like a bicycle with a little flag flying above it. I was in the mall until approximately 8 PM. When I came out of the mall I discovered the bike was gone. I spoke with Lloyd Center Security and they found footage from their security camera showing the bike being taken. The Security Guard interviewed me and filed a report about the incident.
