Bicycle detail

2 caucasian 20-30's (1 male 1 female) were in our gated-off parking lot with dozens of bikes locked up. They had a huge a bolt cutters. I saw them attempt it the first time around midnight and I caught them when I took my dog out. I scared them off without saying anything . As they walked away I yelled at them I'm calling the cops. I assumed the bike was fine as is and I went in. I woke up at 4AM to take the dog out again and the bike was gone. Ulock cut, lock left at scene.

The male was skinny, chiseled face, some facial hair, short sandy blonde hair. He was wearing shorts and a hooded sweatshirt. I only recall the female wearing a hooded sweatshirt. She had dark brown hair. The tool bag with the cutters was red.
