Bike was on my trailer hitch bike rack on the back of my 2001 red Miata parked in the CVS parking lot in Pacific Beach on Garnet. I was in the PB Fish Shop restaurant across the street for less than an hour. Thief used bolt cutters or a sharp knife to cut bungee cord, straps, etc. and took off in the night,
