Bike was locked to sidewalk bike rack in front of Southport Lanes and Billiards (3325 N. Southport Ave) at 7pm on Monday, July 23rd. Bike was last seen at 9pm. Both wheels and frame were U-locked to bike rack. Owner returned on Tuesday, July 24th at noon, and the bike and half of U-lock were gone.
