homeless looking guy, possibly Jamaican in late 40s maybe 50s took the bike not even 10 seconds of me getting off it to ask the store clerk if they can watch it while I donated plasma.. i turn around and I seen him start to ride off, I chased him but wasn't fast enough, the bike doesn't have the key, I have it.. so he rode it like a standard bike not electric.
