Description of the theft
Electric bike was quickly stolen from the bike rack on front of CCs coffeehouse on Royal and St Philip at 10:30pm on October 3rd. The lock was missing as well. The front left fender bar is slightly bent and the headlamp is superglued onto the mount, the cable for the rear wheels motor is slightly damaged where it goes into the axel.
