Description of the theft
Bike was folded and chained to itself, a tarp over the bike, and I slept underneath the tarp. Because of a head injury, I sleep very hard. Street kid POS named Scrappy (with assistance) lifted the bike and carried it to where the chain could be cut. Saved up working delivery through the holidays to get the bike. Bought at Safety Cycle on Western and Santa Monica. Have proof of ownership.
