Bicycle detail

Bike was stolen from Cook Street Apartments ground floor bike parking room along with several other bicycles. My bike was locked to the provided wall-mounted bike racks as were the other bikes (presumably). They must have cut through my lock (which is missing). The security camera recorded the incident. My bike is a maroon Surly Disc Trucker with front platform rack, rear rack for panniers, drop handlebars with black bar tape, with the following items mounted on the bars: a cellphone holder, a canvass bottle bag, an aluminum bottle holder, a front light mount, a bike speed computer. There was also a red blinking light mounted on the rear rack.
