Bicycle detail

I parked in front of my house around 1:20a 8/24/2020. I came down to my car around 12p 8/24/2020 and the two bike locks that I thought would secure the bike from being stolen, had been cut through with both cutters. Bike was locked with two locks (one chain w/combo & one cable lock) to my vehicle bike rack, which is also locked to my car.

Very clean, condition
56cm (medium) Colnago Road Bike, vintage
Fully lugged, steel frame
Gradient grey/black color scheme, with red clover (clubs) accents.
Selle SMP Extra Cycling Saddle, White
Red Race Face Chester pedals (shin graters)
Black custom drop handle bars with black tape (most of my photos are from when the bars were still white, but currently they're black).
Black front loading water bottle cage
Black gear cabling that weaves through the top bar
Had electric flashing rear and front lights.
