Description of the theft
Only way to lock was around the tire as the bike rack was set up this way unless you have a rope lock (I have U Lock). Temporarily locked for short period this way until could come fix --- believed it to be secure as there was two garage entry with very restricted access and was told there were cameras however, could not find theft.
