Description of the theft
Went inside Target off of Washington St. In Portland Oregon 97220 around 9 pm ish , locked it up with cable lock. Someone cut through it, the bike was gone. It's been seen around the homeless community near hospital and around Cherry Blossom St. I reported it stolen but still need to add the #. This customer bike is a very unique ride. Everything is custom. It's not a Showing it's a Montgomery Ward!
