Description of the theft
I locked it right outside the “California Hall” at 9:20 am on 11/15/23 and I left it there overnight and I checked on 11/16/23 at 1:40 pm and I found that my bike was missing but the U-lock and my cable lock were both cut and scattered on the ground. I also have went and picked up the broken U Lock and Chain lock so if you need to see that for evidence I can provide those.
