Bicycle detail

My son was with his friends at McDonalds, across from Bower Mall. They left their bikes outside on the bike rack for about half an hour. It was stolen during that time. No other bikes were stolen. My son reported it to the staff at the McDonald's. The staff told my son that they had cameras and would check the footage, so my son gave the staff my phone number. I called the next day and left a message about the incident and inquiring about the video footage but have not heard back. I also reported the incident to the Red deer RCMP. The incident happened on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 around 5pm.
