Bicycle detail

My bike was locked at the bike rack outside of Crossfit Sanitas. I was in Sprouts and when I came back out my bike was gone. I saw some pieces of my bike lock on the ground (and left them there). Bike has a back fender and the back tire is slightly skinnier than the front tire. Also there is a mini bike pump attached to the frame of the bike, and I had a basket (black milk-crate style) attached to the luggage rack with bungie cords. My helmet (light blue) was stolen with the bike.
