Description of the theft
BIKE WAS STOLEN FROM GATED COMMUNITY OVERNIGHT. BIKE WAS LOCKED TO A 2ND BIKE AND A TREE IN THE PARKING LOT NEAR BUILDING 14. LOCK WAS CLIPPED AND THIS BIKE WAS MISSING (OTHER BIKE WAS LEFT BEHIND). NEIGHBORS DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING. ALL LOCKS REQUIRE A KEY TO GET IN OR OUT. WALLS ARE 6-8' HIGH. BIKES COULD ONLY BE SEEN FROM INSIDE THE COMPLEX. BIKE ALSO HAS A RED CHILD SEAT MOUNTED TO FRONT HANDLEBARS. BIKE STEM IS RELATIVELY UNIQUE, LONG AND ADJUSTABLE. REAR DERAILER HAS EXTENDED RED HANGER (VERY UNCOMMON) AND OVERSIZED 11-40 CASSETTE.
