Description of the theft
Bike was located on a rack on the back of owner's car. Car was located in a back parking area of an apartment building, accessed only by a door with a key code or a gate to the street, operated by a clicker. A neighbor told the owner that she saw someone forcing their way onto the street, through the gate, at approximately 7:30am on August 18th, 2021.
