Bicycle detail

Went to gated apartment garage to use bicycle but was unable to find bike where it was last left. Checked all bike racks in the garage areas and could not find bike. Bicycle was previously locked to a u-shaped bike post using a cable combination lock. Checked the area it was last locked to again and found a different cable combination lock (likely belonging to someone else who had their bicycle stolen as well) on the ground that was unlocked and appeared to be tampered with (plastic piece was broken off). Bike lock was not found in the area. As bicycle is not frequently used, the last time it was checked on was around 07/26 (meaning it could have been stolen at any point over the last 6 weeks). Apartment camera footage goes back a week but has not yet been reviewed.
