Description of the theft
A man in a red hat, blue/white plaid flannel, black shirt, jeans, black/white nike shoes walked up and left his silver bike. He went to my locked pink bike with a tool and cut the cable. He pulled the lock away and threw it to the ground and took off down the street with my bike.
