Description of the theft
Just finished a bike ride with my husband. Set my bike and my husband's bike leaning on the parklet fence/wall at the Village Bakery - we were having lunch on the other side of the fence/wall, outdoor table right up against the fence, we thought we were watching it...but we missed that someone took my bike - they left my helmet, which was intertwined with my husband's and both of our bikes. They also left his bike.
