Description of the theft
Garage doors at apartment complex were open all day Thursday due to flood. Bike was secured to garage foundation with heavy duty cable lock. Guy came in and saw it - tried to break the lock with the bike seat but was unsuccessful. He came back later with a knife and was able to cut the lock after some force. Happened between 3:40 pm and 5:30 pm. Security footage of the guy entering twice, looking around for something to cut lock, and then riding off with it.
