Description of the theft
Bike was stored in basement bicycle storage room of Birch Hall at College Quarter at University of Saskatchewan. A key-card is required to access this space. Bike was locked to the bike rack in the bike storage room with a Kryptonite cable and u-lock. Bike was parked/stored and locked in the fall when snow and cold weather prevented use (approximately November 9, 2022). When we went to retrieve the bike on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at approximately 1:30 pm, the bike was discovered missing and the cut cable lock was dangling from the rack.
