Description of the theft
I live in a restricted apartment complex, with key fob access at two points. My bike was on my internal patio (not accessible to public), with two locks securing it -- one cable lock, and a kryptonite u-lock -- as well as locking skewers. Cable lock was cut, and other locks are (presumably) still on the bike.
