Bicycle detail

Latino male named Jorge Alejandro Ibarra Martinez , approximately 30 years old, 5' 10", slender build, scoped out my garage while I was working in broad daylight about 20 feet from the open door, and pounced. I chased him down the street on foot for a ways, then went back to get the car and my roommate. Tracked the perp to Balboa Park where he had met up with three friends, one of whom was pushing the bike. Confronted them immediately since adrenaline was pumping and didn't want to lose sight of the bike. Simultaneously called the police while talking to the four of them. The dispatcher told me to hang up and try the non-emergency number as they were picking up rocks and a log... Decided to abort mission since not worth hospital trips for multiple people.
