Locked up a Black Novara Element w/ bike pouch, helmet, and chain to a bike rack just outside the front entrance to Cornish College on 1000 Lenora St. around 9:00 AM 1/27/15. Left the bike there overnight, came back around 8:00 AM the next day (1/28/15) and everything was gone.
