Description of the theft
I locked the bike in front of Pacific Northwest Ballet studios on Mercer St while I took a ballet class. I was away from the bike for 2 hours. A parent of one of the ballet students saw a man hovering over my bike, but thought the man was just locking it up. When I came out after class the bike was gone. Lock was cut and left on the ground. Bad day to forget my U-lock.
