Description of the theft
Bike was stolen about 8:15pm. A U-lock locked the bike's frame to a street sign. A cable locked the front wheel to the frame, and a heavy duty security chain locked the back wheel to the frame. The thief cut the U lock and carried the bike off. Looking at security camera footage from a nearby bar, the thief had a blue shirt, black shorts, black new balance shoes and a camouflage hat
