Description of the theft
Bike was inside closed garage. 3 bikes were taken. We drove around and found a guy pushing one of the bikes in front of San Diego High school that had a flat tire. He claimed to have bought the bike off a guy in front of the Mc Donalds at 1280 12th avenue. The guy claimed to have bought it for $20 from a 20-30 yo light skinned black guy. Police did not give us a Police Report number but told us where to drive around and look for the other bikes.
