Bicycle detail

We live in a gated apartment complex, with parking and bike racks located on lower level, access with remote required to enter 7-8 foot gate. My husband and I had our bikes locked to bike rack mounted/bolted to concrete wall. Bikes were locked separately using U-lock for the frame and cable lock for through the tires. Thieves completely dismantled the mounted bike lock, stealing my husband's entire bike. My frame remains, but wheels, chains, brakes, kick stand, etc. are gone. Bikes new from REI in March 2020, excellent condition. Most likely stolen, late Saturday night 6/13/2020 or early Sunday 6/14 morning. We made a police report. We have also made a claim to our rent's insurance company.
