Bicycle detail

I left my electric bike with my friend who lives on the cross streets I posted above because my bike was stolen prior to this incident and actually found it in a alley around Wilshire Blvd & Federal Ave with a older homeless guy... unfortunately, they had tampered with the battery but was glad to have found my bike only to be stolen from me again this time from my very own so-called friend. . .
My "buddy" told me - after not being able to reach Jim for a week cuz his phone got disconnected- that he sold it to someone he didn't know because he thought I had given him the bike since he didn't hear from me which is total bs! Of course you didn't hear from me?! You got a new phone and didn't let me know and blocked my number on his new phone so his excuse was that something was wrong on his new phone and couldn't call/text me to let me know. Pretty much my now ex-friend stole my bike. I left it with him because it didn't fit in a sedan type of car and was looking to borrow or rent a truck or van to bring the bike back home since I live near the DTLA area.
