Bicycle detail

I arrived at La Cite Francophone at 3:07 PM, Sept. 25 for two meetings. I locked my bike on the stand in the grass along 91 Street near the bus stop. There was another bike there. After my last meeting, at about 7:00 PM, I went to leave and there were no bikes on that stand. I have asked the administration of La Cite Francophone for video evidence, but they have indicated that the bike stand is a blind spot, so there is no video. The only clue to the defeat of the lock was a large paving stone on the grass in the middle of the bike stand. But I cannot confirm that it was used to smash my cable lock.
