Bicycle detail

The crackheads took bolt cutters and cut the padlock to my gate. Then cut the cable that was securing the bike to an inner fence. Then they had to drag it out of my yard because I had another u bike lock locking the front tire to the frame. My dogs were barking and when I let them out I realized the gate was open. I couldn't believe someone would go through the trouble to steal a tandem that wasn't in great shape. Even brand new that was a cheap model.
It had a basket in the rear and single green tire stem cap on the from tire. White wall tires.
