Description of the theft
Bike was locked inside my building to the railing of the stairs. The door was forced open and the locking chain was opened (without damage as if they had the key). They took the bike and left the ABUS chain behind.
The incident must have happened Wednesday night to Thursday morning as my neighbor found the ABUS chain at 11 AM on Thursday.
