Description of the theft
The theft is actually on film, the guy just muscled the lock and it popped right off from what it looks like. Middle of the day, out in public and everything. Walked up to the bike, and pulled the bike from the post that it was chained up to to pop the lock. It was a 8MM BICYCLE BIKE LOCK MADE WITH DUPONT KELVAR, key lock, not a combination lock.
