Bike lock cut outside Inman Perk Coffee Shop in Inman Park, Atlanta GA. Culprit left a calling card in chalk that said, "Jeb was here." Bike is a red salsa warbird with a "loose nuts" bike shop sticker on the bottom of the frame -- near the pedals.
