Description of the theft
Locked bike on bike rack at work went in for my shift and was told that it looked like it was missing. A co-worker said he saw it being stolen just didn't realize that it was being stolen at the time. The description given was red shirt, tan cargo shorts, scruffy facial hair, seemed to be Hispanic that is rather dark. He had a hat and a black back pack on. It happened around 9am
