We have residential security camera footage of two adult males who first looked at the bike and locks on 2/25/24 at 455 am, then returns to scene with grinder to cut locks; leaves and returns to scene with wrench to use blunt force to finish breaking lock and take bike. Also have footage of truck and license plate that thieves used.
