Description of the theft
Swiped between 4:30-5:30 Monday oct 9 evening at Gravier and South Peters. Heavy duty chain secured to no-removable no-parking post -- possibly cut, or lifted up and over. Am checking with Winsdor Court for video. Black Electrobike Cross bike (looks more like "Ross" on tube). Also: bike rack attached to seat stem (not in photo). Keep an eye out! Thanks.
