Description of the theft
Used a cable lock to secure this bike and two others (my middle-school aged children's bikes) to on-street bike rack. Within 15 minutes, I saw a person riding this bicycle and wheeling one of the others beside. I chased on foot, but could not catch the person. Last seen riding eastbound on Ione Place NW toward 15th Avenue NW.
