Description of the theft
Outside of the USF building downtown. They cut it clean and took the bike between 6-9:30pm on the 23rd. There is camera footage but no luck finding person. Clean cut lock from lectric was sitting on the ground. I have the keys to the bike that turns it on. I carry them with me in case I see a similar bike I will try to turn it on because the key is specific to serial number of bike. Color is more of a sand color not yellow
