Description of the theft
Stolen without basket but the baskets mount was still attached when taken. 2nd picture is a picture from camera footage of person stealing it while holding the bike he rode in with in tow.
Further info re: non reporting
I was blocked from reporting it stolen with the police online reporting.and directed to call it in for an officer to come out for the report since it was caught on security camera but the seattle police north precinct would not come out for it and sent me back to report online which wouldn't let me again even when leaving it as if i did not have any picts of the crime so to be allowed to contine. It then dumped everything at the end with a promp saying that an error had occurred with my device or wifi.
