Description of the theft
Locked up right out front of the hospital for my Dr. apt, came back out 45min later and the bike was gone. U lock was cut and left on the ground.
Update 6/12/16 Bike was seen "by children's hospital. A shorter black guy maybe 45 ( but I don't know) wearing a Cotton collar shirt long sleeve. We lost him being in a car."
