Description of the theft
Bike stolen in broad daylight while locked to bike rack in front of room at The Dana on Mission Bay. The Dana had video cameras pointed right at it but mysteriously the video skipped for 3 minutes and went from my bike being there to stolen with the theft occurring during the 3 minutes camera maybe turned off or maybe erased.
