Bicycle detail

Bike was locked up on the railing in front of the house. The railing wasn’t broken and the cable was also taken. It was only a month old. There was a rack on the back that a nice grocery basket clipped in to, although the basket happened to be in the house at the time. There was a front and rear light. The rear light was zip tied onto the back rack. There was a lock holder on the top tube of the frame. Also a bell with a hamburger on it on the left handlebar. My daughter was devastated. The only reason it was locked in the front of the house was that there was no other place to lock it. This all happened within a few blocks of UW-Milwaukee. A lot of student housing in the area.
