Description of the theft
Stolen Rad Power City 4 2020 black with front rack and basket (which could easily be removed), sometime between 8/9 and 8/12 off Yamhill and Grand in Portland, OR.
I went to a show at 8 PM on Saturday 8/9 at the Twilight Cafe in Portland, OR across the street from the theft (which was on Yamhill and Grand, SE corner), but ended up taking an Uber home. I forgot I had parked the bike there until I went to use it on Tuesday 8/12 afternoon (dumb I know, especially given the area). I drove by but the bike was gone. I had two u-locks on the bike, one locking to the staple and one locking the back wheel to the frame, as well as a cable through the front wheel. There was also a black round helmet with a yellow inside attached to the bike.
Thanks to anyone who has a lead or spots the bike somewhere!
