Description of the theft
Having lot sake on corner of intersection. (A white nale mid 20s to early 30s 5"7 to 6 ft short brown hair medium build wearing a teal/ turquoise tank top ) was looking at items for sale (bike was maybe 10 to 15 ft away ) and in a split second he jumped on the bike and headed west on limberlost. Tried to chase him but he was gone. By the time made it acriss the street and a e ound the corner
