Description of the theft
I locked my bike to a wooden pole next to a tree that was probably at least 10 feet tall. I was going to ride in a cab to another part of the city so I left my bike overnight and when I came back in the morning it was gone. Conceivably, if someone could have lifted my bike with the lock all the way up off the pole, they could steal it that way. You would need a ladder or something though.
